Beschichten von funktionsoptimierten Werkstoffkombinationen und Komponenten. Der Einsatz neuer
Materialien in Kombination mit tw. eigenentwickelten Werkstoff-, Prozess-, Löt- und Beschichtungs-
techniken ermöglichen Bauteile mit gezielt optimierten, einzigartigen Funktionen und Eigenschaften.
Anwendungen finden sich in den Bereichen der Elektronik, Optik und Kühlung optischer Laser-
komponenten/-spiegel, Sensorik, Thermal Management, Chemie, Agrar, Luft- und Raumfahrt,
Energietechnik, Medizin- und Lebensmitteltechnik und weiteren Industrien. Neben Beratung,
Entwicklung und Prozessqualifizierungen bieten wir die Fertigung von Prototypen, Einzelteil-
und Serienfertigung (TRL1 bis 9).
Auf Wunsch fertigen wir Komplettkomponenten nach Maß. Umfangreiche Prüftechniken und
Geräte für zerstörende und zerstörungsfreie Untersuchungen stehen im Labor zur Verfügung.
EUROMAT GmbH, based in Baesweiler nearby Aachen, stands for innovation and competence
in soldering, brazing and coating of functionally optimized material combinations and components.
The use of new materials in combination with partly developed in-house materials, joining and
coating technologies enable the realization of components with specifically optimized functions
and outstanding properties. Applications here are in the fields of electronics, optics and cooling
of laser components/mirrors, sensor technology, thermal management, chemistry, agriculture,
aerospace, energy technology, medical and food technology and food technology and other
industries.
In addition to consulting, development and process qualification, we also offer the production
of prototypes, single part and series production (TRL1 to 9). On request we manufacture
complete components made to measure.Extensive testing techniques and machines for
destructive and non-destructive examinations are available in our lab.
